Refund and Returns Policy

Morf wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are happy to take back your item in a new and unused condition up to 14 days after the purchase date.

Items that arrive damaged, unusable, or with missing parts must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. Items reported outside this timeframe are ineligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Terms & Conditions:

• All returns must be pre-approved, please contact using info@morfworkbench.com with a description of the problem and photos of the issue.
• An RMA number will be issued, and it must be displayed on the exterior of the return packaging.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• Please return items in the original manufacturers packaging, scratch and dent items are not returnable.
• Any refunds issued will not include the original shipping cost.
